Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- If an order is canceled without a perm, haircut, or base cutting service, a full refund will be issued.
- For orders that include a perm, haircut, or base cutting service, a partial refund will be issued according to our refund policy outlined below.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once, including the cost of returns. No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

If you encounter any issues with your customized hair system upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Important: Do not cut, style, color, wash, or wear the hair system until we’ve reviewed your concerns. Our customer service team is available to help address your concerns and arrange a solution, which may include repair or replacement if necessary.

You may return the hair system within 15 days for a refund, provided it is unworn and unaltered. A 50% service fee applies to refunds, covering labor and materials invested in customizations.Repair and Replacement:
